Anthony is an attorney specializing in labor and employment practice with broad experience defending employers. Prior to joining Young, Minney & Corr, Anthony worked for the State of California representing and advising state agencies on labor relations matters. In his practice, Anthony has appeared in numerous forums in defense of employers, including before the Public Employment Relations Board against unfair practice charges, the State Personnel Board in defense of employee discipline, in private arbitration pursuant to multiple collective bargaining grievance procedures, and in Superior Court to defend against employment-related civil litigation.
Anthony received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Seattle University. Anthony obtained his Juris Doctorate from McGeorge School of Law, where he graduated with distinction as a member of the Traynor Honor Society. As a law student, Anthony served as Chief Technical Editor for the McGeorge Law Review and was a judicial extern for the California Supreme Court’s Committee on Judicial Ethics Opinions.
