Brittany Porter’s primary practice areas include all aspects of student services, including student discipline and special education. Prior to joining Young, Minney & Corr, LLP, Brittany taught in Dallas, Texas, as a high school instructor with Teach for America. During her undergraduate tenure, Brittany was a member of the 2014 United States Congressional Intern class, where she clerked for U.S. Representative Frederica S. Wilson (FL-24)—a prominent member of the subcommittee on Early Childhood Education, Elementary, and Secondary Education.
Brittany graduated from Hampton University, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, and a double minor in Political Science and Leadership Studies. She received her Juris Doctorate, with specialized certificates in Law and Entrepreneurship and Dispute Resolution, from Pepperdine University School of Law.
