Special Education/Student Discipline Attorney – Sacramento

YM&C is a premier California law firm of 30+ attorneys with offices in Sacramento, Walnut Creek, North Hollywood, and San Diego representing public charter schools in all matters, including the practice area of student discipline and special education. Much of this work involves representation of charter schools in expulsion and due process administrative hearings.

Applicants with two or more years of experience in education law, with a specific focus on the areas of special education and/or student services are preferred.

Applicants should be highly skilled in legal research and analysis, legal writing, and client counseling. A friendly, collegial, and detail-oriented strategist would be a good fit.
