Greg assists charters schools with all aspects of facilities needs including use agreements, leases, use permits and the Proposition 39 process. Prior to joining Young, Minney & Corr, LLP, Greg assisted real estate developers and businesses seeking to expand their operations in California. Greg has handled a wide range of development projects, and he regularly advises clients on all aspects of the development process. Greg has experience with all stages of real estate development, from project inception through local government approval and defense of the entitlements in trial court and appellate litigation. Having practiced real property, land use, and environmental law for eleven years, Greg is thoroughly familiar with the CEQA process, General Plans and Zoning, mitigation strategies, nuisances, deed restrictions, neighborhood disputes, and environmental litigation. Greg is available to handle all aspects of school facilities development and construction, including site acquisition, construction financing, local government approval and CEQA compliance.
Greg graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Urban Studies and Planning from the University of California, San Diego where he received Departmental Honors and the Chancellor’s Award for Excellence in Undergraduate Research in the Social Sciences. Greg received his Juris Doctorate from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento where he served as a comment writer and editor of the McGeorge Law Review and member of the Mock Trial Competition Team.
