Shane Quigley’s primary practice areas focus on civil and charter litigation, as well as corporate matters regarding non-profit public benefit corporations. He actively handles issues relating to geographical restrictions on charter schools, employment policies, and related claims. Prior to joining Young, Minney & Corr, LLP, he practiced private civil litigation and business law, which involved business disputes, mergers & acquisitions, antitrust, and employment issues. He also spent time interning for the nonprofit Legal Services of Northern California, providing legal advice and support for financially struggling individuals in Sacramento. Before working in law, Shane worked in accounting and finance in Los Angeles, California, specializing in financial analysis and internal audit procedures.
Shane received his Juris Doctor from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 2014, graduating with distinction. He also served as staff writer, Primary Managing Editor, and Primary Legislative Editor for the McGeorge Law Review. Prior to law school, Shane received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance in 2010 from California State University, Long Beach.
