A staunch advocate of school choice, Julio Colomba represents charter schools in litigation and facilities-related matters. Prior to joining Young, Minney & Corr LLP, Julio spent several years as a civil litigator, representing public entities and private clients in a variety of matters including defense of personal injury, property damage, premises liability, constitutional, and environmental claims in both state and federal courts. Julio began his legal career working for nonprofit constitutional law advocacy organizations in Washington, D.C., and Sacramento where he worked on environmental law and property rights issues. He is licensed to practice in California (2015) and Virginia (2013) and before the Federal Courts of Appeal for the Ninth and Tenth Circuits.
